What is my Healthspan Score and how is it calculated?

Your Healthspan Score is a single number that reflects your overall health trajectory. It's calculated from your blood biomarkers, body composition (DEXA), wearable metrics (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps), and trend data over time. The score updates each time you upload new data, so you can see whether your protocols are actually working.

What is the VAI Score?

The VAI Score breaks your health into 9 categories: Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Hormonal, Nutritional, Immune, Liver, Kidney, Thyroid, and Inflammation. Each category gets its own score based on your biomarker results compared to optimal (not just 'normal') reference ranges. This lets you pinpoint exactly which systems need attention — for example, your Cardiovascular score might be excellent while your Metabolic score flags early insulin resistance.

What is Vaya Chat?

Vaya Chat is our AI health assistant. It has full context on your blood work, DEXA scans, wearable data, medications, and supplements — so you can ask questions like 'Why is my ApoB trending up?' or 'What should I change in my stack?' and get answers grounded in your actual data, not generic advice. Vaya Chat is available to all subscribers.

Is there a limit on Vaya Chat?

Yes. Your subscription includes 400 Vaya Chat messages a month. One message is one question or request you send, however long the answer. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month and unused messages don't carry over. If you reach it, Vaya Chat pauses until the next reset while everything else in your account keeps working. The cap is set well above what our most active members use and exists to keep automated use from driving up costs for everyone.

No. Vidaya is a wellness and longevity tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We provide detailed data visualizations and AI-generated insights that you can share with your physician to make more informed decisions about your care.

Is my health data private and secure?

Yes. Vidaya is built with HIPAA-compliant safeguards, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our cloud partners and run regular security audits. We never sell, trade, or rent your health data to third parties. How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Settings page in your dashboard. You also have the option to delete specific data types (wearable data, medical reports) individually. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our systems. What kind of blood tests can I upload?

You can upload standard panel results from Quest, Labcorp, or any private clinic. Our AI supports everything from standard CBC and metabolic panels to advanced markers like ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c, and Vitamin D. Simply upload the PDF or a clear photo of your results.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@vidaya.ai. Once cancelled, you won't be billed again. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to all features until then.

If you are not satisfied with Vidaya, you can cancel and request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial subscription.
